Freelance work
I recently started to take on some extra work by doing some freelance work since moving to Bigfork Montana. Some of the fun challenges I work with are updating client websites and helping with marketing plans along with learning new industries. Working within the limitations of the products available starts pulling more of my UI/UX skills into play along with learning how to make changes fast.
As of November 2022, I currently have clients I work with on a regular basis and a couple of others in the works. Below is a list of Clients and some of the work I have done (All Clients have given me permission to share the work I have done and are allowed at any time to have me remove items from my Portfolio
Karen Wilde - Realtor and Non-Profit
I met Karen last year volunteering as adult leaders within the Middle School ministry. She had a call for help for Marketing assistance, and I raised my hand to help. During our discussions, she wanted to make her website very personal and less cookie-cutter. Once I took a look I realized there needed to be some changes done cosmetically as well, as I found out that one of the flaws with the platform (Sitebay) is that it is very difficult to change the font color, meaning I needed to work around that limitation with not so white photos. I also got asked to help with a business card redesign that is starting to get looks within the office. Below I have the before and after of my work with this client.
